We may collect account and registration information such as your name, email address, mobile number, team affiliation, event selections, payment status, waiver status, and information you voluntarily provide to event organizers. Payment-card information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored directly by VolleyHub.
How we use information
- Create and maintain accounts, teams, rosters, and event registrations.
- Process payments and provide confirmations and receipts.
- Deliver team invitations, registration reminders, schedules, and event updates.
- Provide support, prevent fraud, secure the service, comply with law, and improve VolleyHub.
SMS and mobile information
SMS participation is optional. If you provide express consent, VolleyHub may send transactional messages related to team invitations, registrations, payments, waivers, schedules, and event updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile information and SMS consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with vendors that help us deliver messages, but only as necessary to provide the requested service.

We may share information with event organizers and service providers when necessary to operate VolleyHub, or when required by law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Terms and Conditions
Effective August 1, 2026These Terms govern your use of VolleyHub. By creating an account, registering for an event, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Using VolleyHub
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use VolleyHub only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
Events, registrations, and payments
VolleyHub provides tools connecting players, teams, and independent organizers. Organizers are responsible for event rules, schedules, cancellations, refunds, safety procedures, and on-site operations. Prices and refund terms are displayed during registration. Payment made for another participant does not complete that participant's required information or personal waiver.
SMS terms
If you voluntarily opt in, VolleyHub may send transactional SMS concerning your account, team, registration, payments, waivers, schedule, or events. Consent is not a condition of purchase or participation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Acceptable conduct
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, send unlawful invitations, harvest contact information, or use VolleyHub to harass or deceive others.
Availability and liability
VolleyHub is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that an event will occur or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VolleyHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes and contact
